Support Campaign Manager in analyzing the political and digital landscape
Devise digital organizing strategy for executing the campaign plan
Help to design and execute paid digital outreach programs
Design project websites, direct mail, online advertisements, and collateral
Build and manage online coalitions utilizing social media platforms to support client objectives
Attend project meetings, meet deadlines, and draft reports
2 or more year(s) of digital communications experience
Relevant field, grassroots or organizing experience a plus
Intermediate experience in HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress and NationBuilder
Advanced experience in social media campaigns, including content creation, a/b testing, and audience segmentation—with examples to share
Experience managing multichannel digital campaigns and a familiarity with Google Ads, Twitter Analytics, and reporting metrics
Proven track record of building online-to-offline pipelines
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Bachelor’s degree—or higher—with a strong academic resume and GPA
Strong communication, critical thinking, research, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and a strong work ethic
Commensurate with experience.
