Digital Manager

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Campaign Manager in analyzing the political and digital landscape

  • Devise digital organizing strategy for executing the campaign plan

  • Help to design and execute paid digital outreach programs

  • Design project websites, direct mail, online advertisements, and collateral

  • Build and manage online coalitions utilizing social media platforms to support client objectives

  • Attend project meetings, meet deadlines, and draft reports

Qualifications

  • 2 or more year(s) of digital communications experience

    • Relevant field, grassroots or organizing experience a plus

  • Intermediate experience in HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress and NationBuilder

  • Advanced experience in social media campaigns, including content creation, a/b testing, and audience segmentation—with examples to share

  • Experience managing multichannel digital campaigns and a familiarity with Google Ads, Twitter Analytics, and reporting metrics

  • Proven track record of building online-to-offline pipelines

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  • Bachelor’s degree—or higher—with a strong academic resume and GPA

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, research, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented and a strong work ethic
